It’s now been 3 months since I started working at Training First Safety and I can’t believe how quickly time flies! Let’s look back and see what has happened in my first few months…

Within my first month Jenny and Sally were teaching me how to do all the tasks included within my role and teaching me about what we do as a company. I’ve been empowered to ask questions and supported with everything I need to know in order to be able to do my job efficiently and to the best of my ability. They’ve made me feel so welcome!

My confidence has grown massively! When I first started I was extremely shy and found some of the tasks given to me scary and difficult, due to lack of confidence and experience. Now, I can do them without a problem. I feel like I’m in control of my role and can take on any new task given to me as well as the ex- isting ones I have.

Within the 3 months I’ve been at Training First Safety I have learned so much about not only my role as Administrator but about who we are and what we do as a company. Health and Safety is at the heart of everything we do, and we want to make sure we continue to help and support people who need any type of training to the best of our ability.

I have also been learning about our Values:
Commit – We don’t only commit to our team but we also commit to our customers.

Engage – Engagement is extremely important especially within the team at Training First Safety, with our customers as well as our community.

Invest – We love to invest our time into growing our business. Making sure, as a team, we are always giving 100% not only within the workplace, but to our customers too.

All 3 of these Values are extremely important to us and we will always stand by them.

I can’t believe how much I’ve learned in such a short amount of time. I am excited to continue learning new things every day and progressing within my role as Administrator.
