    This course is designed for delegates who are required to work at height using a safety harness to carry out the task. If you are looking for a greater understanding of how to use the Harness and process safely, then this course is also for you. The course covers all key subject areas of how to work safely at height with the use of a harness, to enable an individual to effectively comply with duties under Work at Height regulations. Delegates will learn how to select, check and don a safety harness. They will also learn about how to look for defects when checking their harness and the importance of these checks.
